Please submit a separate registration for each participant no later than August 31, 2012. No registration fee refunds after August 31. This fee includes a bound set of conference papers, reception, all breakfasts and lunches, transportation to the manufacturing facility, refreshment breaks, and The Expo each evening with supplier exhibits, food, and drinks.
