Please submit a separate registration for each participant no later than August 29, 2008. No registration fee refunds after this date. This fee includes a bound set of conference papers, reception, all breakfasts and lunches, transportation to the manufacturing facility, refreshment breaks, and hospitality rooms with supplier exhibits each evening.

Alternatively, you may book on-line by visiting Omni Group Rate. Transportation from Pittsburgh International Airport to the Omni William Penn is available for $20 one-way from "Express Shuttle USA" that leaves from the airport's lower level every 30 minutes.
